30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund or
exchange. If 30 days have passed, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn or gently tried on indoors (please don't wear them outside)
- In the original packaging

How to Start a Return or Exchange

2. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back.

Exchanges (Wrong Size?)
Barefoot shoes fit differently — if the size isn't right, we'll happily exchange
it. Just start an exchange using the steps above and let us know your new size.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved
refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
